What you receive
A pattern is a ZIP, sent by email as soon as your order is paid. Inside: a Start Here note, the counted chart with its color key, a color-by-color chart, true-size transfer sheets for painting your own canvas (plain and with a faint guide grid), a picture of the painted design, and the usage terms. Every PDF prints on Letter or A4. Nothing physical ships.
On a phone or tablet, open the ZIP from the Files app (iPhone and iPad) or Downloads (Android), then open each file from there.
Downloads
Download links are sent to the email on your order as soon as it is paid. There is no download limit and no expiry. If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then write to hello@inlovebtq.com with your order number and we'll resend it.
Refunds
Patterns are final sale once delivered. If a file won't open, is missing something, or isn't what the listing described, email us and we'll fix it or replace it.
Using the design
Your pattern is for your own making, or a gift you make. Please don't share the files, reproduce the design as a product, or sell pieces stitched from it. For a class, group or shop, write to us first. The full terms are in our Terms of service.
