Refund policy

Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of receiving them. Items need to be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Email hello@inlovebtq.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions. Once we receive the item, we refund the price you paid to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, in which case we cover it. Original shipping charges aren't refunded.

The 30 days start on the day your item is delivered, so a preorder is never out of time before it arrives.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll replace it or refund it, including the shipping.

Preorders

A preorder reserves an item we're ordering in. Its product page shows the date it will ship by, and your order confirmation repeats it. You can cancel a preorder for a full refund any time before it ships. If we learn we can't meet the date, we'll email you an updated estimate and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Hand-painted canvases

Canvases are painted to order and are final sale. You can cancel a canvas order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it; after that, painting begins and the canvas is yours. If a canvas arrives damaged or with a painting fault, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll make it right.

Digital downloads

Downloadable patterns are final sale once delivered. If a file won't open, is missing something, or isn't what the listing described, email us and we'll fix it or replace it. See our Digital downloads page for what you receive and how.
